Dr Olaf Rusoke-Dierich graduated in medicine from Freie University Berlin, Germany in 1998 and also holds a PhD from Ludwig Maximillian-University Munich Germany in 2007. 

Olaf has a diverse medical background. Additionally, he is the author of several books and articles. He is also co-founder and governance consultant at We2Care, a company in Townsville that specialises in providing disability and aged care services. 

In 2018 he became the founder and director of JD Sanmed, a company developing innovative medical devices. Olaf’s patented invention is the iScope. 

He has a strong interest in exploring clinical solutions that lead to innovations and have practical applications in the medical field. JD Sanmed nurtures his creative skills and drive to explore new solutions that will improve medical care and service delivery in the medical sector.

Judith Rusoke-Dierich

Non-Executive Director

Judith has a Masters of Social Work Studies and Bachelor of Social Science (Development) from the University of Queensland.

She worked as a health clinician in health care systems overseas and in Australia and owned a start-up in retail with a successful exit before founding We2Care in 2018. Judith is currently CEO of We2Care, a rapidly growing provider of disability and aged care services in the Townsville region and Brisbane. 

Judith combines her management and operational skills with strong compassion to benefit her staff and clients and the profitable and sustainable growth of the company. She brings in her expertise in management to benefit JD Sanmed.

Mark Morewood is working with JD Sanmed since 2019. He is an experienced product development leader with 25 Years in the Software Industry.

He has developed ideas into successful products and enjoyed leadership roles in Product Management, Development and Architecture.

After 20 years in Boston, USA, leading Development and Product at a series of successful start-ups and guiding growth for Healthcare Software Companies, Mark is now back home in Brisbane. As part of the Ontogo team he applies his experience and skills to helping Australian innovators develop their product ideas into commercial successes.

Drawing off over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry Rachel’s background of leading major change and growth initiatives is why her expertise is sought as a consultant CEO.

Leading start-ups to launch their innovations into market and guiding established businesses to drive strategic change and achieve revenue targets is what Rachel is all about.

After leading companies to a successful sale, Rachel has a history of continuing with businesses to manage the merge post-acquisition – expanding her role to coach and mentor the new CEO in her areas of expertise to ensure smooth handover continuity.
